DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Terms of delivery
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Standard delivery is by Colissimo with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us. Whichever shipping method you choose, we’ll provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They may contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order. We advise you to combine your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Goods must be checked by the purchaser at the time of acceptance. In the event of damage or missing items, or complaints about visible defects or non-conformity of the product delivered, the buyer must express clear and precise reservations in writing to the seller within three days of the delivery date. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide any justification as to the reality of the anomalies noted.
Returns
Picasso for horses undertakes to accept all returned products after requesting a return number.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to inform us of your intention to return an item, and then 10 days to return it, intact and unused, in its original packaging. Upon receipt of the product in good condition and in its original packaging, Picasso for horses will refund the price of your product. You are only responsible for shipping costs.
